Return and Refund Policy
The OG Vault operates on a limited-drop model. Each release is produced in controlled quantities. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unwashed.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
- Limited Drop items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Accessories (such as socks, caps, or chains) for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
Due to the exclusive nature of limited releases, certain drops may have specific return restrictions mentioned on the product page.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size-related issues (subject to stock availability).
- Defective or damaged products.
If the requested size is unavailable due to limited stock, a refund will be processed instead.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images of the issue.
- Do not remove tags or use the item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The OG Vault is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
8. Limited Drop Disclaimer
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products:
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- We cannot guarantee restocks.
- Replacement requests may not be possible if inventory is sold out.
We recommend reviewing size charts carefully before purchasing.
